1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Launchfolio software, APIs, or hosted portal services provided by Launchfolio Ltd ("Launchfolio", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property
You own 100% of your content. Launchfolio does not claim any ownership rights over your articles, videos, presentation slide decks, graphics, or member discussions uploaded to or generated by your workspace.
By uploading content, you grant Launchfolio a limited, non-exclusive license solely to host, process, transcode, and publish that content to your authorized social media accounts and static portal domains as directed by your account actions.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Launchfolio to publish, distribute, or facilitate:
- Illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.
- Malicious software, viruses, phishing schemes, or spam.
- Content that infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights.
- Automated attacks, reverse engineering, or unauthorized load testing against platform endpoints.
4. Social Media Integrations & Platform Compliance
When you connect third-party platforms (including Meta/Instagram/Facebook and Google/YouTube) to Launchfolio, you agree to comply with their respective platform developer terms and community guidelines. Launchfolio is not responsible for suspensions, rate limits, or policy actions imposed on your accounts by third-party social networks.
5. Service Availability & Modifications
While we strive for 99.9% uptime across our static hosting edge and management APIs, Launchfolio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue platform features with reasonable notice to active creators.
6. Termination & Data Portability
You may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon termination, you retain the right to export your content and audience records. Launchfolio will securely purge your encrypted credentials and workspace data in accordance with our data retention schedule.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Launchfolio Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, audience reach, or business interruption arising from the use of our platform.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
